Koala’s Virtual Studies program is fast
becoming famous for our no-homework policy. Because our
students accomplish so much during a typical day, homework
simply isn’t assigned. Although our students are encouraged
to study, the end of homework means that education suddenly
becomes enjoyable, and that students have more free time to
pursue their interests than they were ever accustomed to
having in conventional school.
As students complete coursework each day, grades for that
work are available instantly— not just to the students, but
to parents, as well. With a password, any parent can log-in
and check a child’s work and grades as often as he/she would
like. Although report cards are issued quarterly, no parent
ever has to wait to see a child’s grades; they’re available
online, 24/7. Best of all, Koala students never need to take
the FCATs!
